I understand that unanticipated events happens occasionally in everyone's life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored. No refunds or credits on any services.

1st NO SHOW/ NO CALL- $35 FEE APPLY MUST BE PAID BEFORE NEXT SERVICE STARTS

2ND NO SHOW/NO CALL- KINDLY FIND ANOTHER LOCATION FOR SERVICE

If you can't make it

please contact to give a notice if can not make your appointment or If you will be 10 minutes late. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you don't give us a advance courtesy notice a charge of $35 will be applied and will be DUE at your next appointment BEFORE service is starts.

No Show

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a "no-show". They will be charged $35 for "missed" appointment. This amount must be paid before next service starts.

Late Arrival

All services are by Appointments Only. if you will be 10 minutes late please call this will either shorten your session, regular fee for service will still apply or you will need to reschedule.

eyelash extension Policy

New full set of Eyelash extensions requires a NON-REFUNDABLE $75 deposit TO BOOK. After you book. Message me at (805) 478-0389 to make deposit (venmo/ApplyPay to complete appointment.

**This will go toward the balance . To cancel or reschedule your appointment you must contact me/text (805) 478-0389 24 hours prior to your appointment. Should you fail to cancel appointment in this time frame, you will forfeit your $75 deposit. If You wish to reschedule your appointment AFTER failing to comply with the 24Hour cancellation notice you will have to PAY ANOTHER NON-REFUNDABLE $75 DEPOSIT TO BOOK. Once your appointment is secure. Once deposit is secure a Consent form will be emailed to you. I do not use factory cluster lashes or pre made fans lashes.

No Show
