I understand that unanticipated events happens occasionally in everyone's life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored
1st NO SHOW/ NO CALL- $35 FEE APPLY. MUST BE PAID BEFORE NEXT SERVICE STARTS
2ND NO SHOW/NO CALL- KINDLY FIND ANOTHER LOCATION FOR SERVICE
IF YOU CAN'T MAKE APOINTMENT
please contact to give a notice if can not make your appointment or If you will be 10 minutes late. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you don't give us a advance courtesy notice a charge of $35 will be applied and will be DUE at your next appointment BEFORE service is starts.
NO SHOW
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a "no-show". They will be charged $35 for "missed" appointment. This amount must be paid before next service starts.
LATE ARRIVAL
All services are by Appointments Only. if you will be 10 minutes late please call, this will either shorten your session, regular fee for service will still apply or you will need to reschedule.
